Use this guide if you need help navigating the various IOI Account settings.
IOI Account HELP at a Glance
- • Reset your IOI Account password from account.ioi.dk using the email registered to your account.
- • Update your IOI Account email under Account Settings / Personal Information.
- • Link/Unlink platforms from the IOI Account site on the Linked Accounts tab.
- • If emails aren’t arriving or linking fails, contact Player Support with your platform, region, and the exact error text.

Reset your password
To reset your IOI Account password, follow these steps:
- Go to account.ioi.dk.
- Choose the Password & Security option.
- Select the Change password option and follow the steps.
Note: You may be able to use credentials from your linked platform account to access your IOI Account - On the sign in screen you can select the platform you have linked (PlayStation, Steam, etc) and use credentials from that platform to sign in.
IMPORTANT: If the email doesn’t arrive, double-check you entered the right email address and review spam/junk folders.
Change the email address on your IOI Account
- Sign in at account.ioi.dk.
- Click the Account Settings option.
- Find your email address and choose the Edit (pencil) symbol.
- Enter your new email address.
Note: 007 First Light Player Support are unable to change the email address assigned to your account for you. All account management options, including the ability to change the associated email address, are made solely available to the account holder via the IOI Account Dashboard.
Link a platform account to your IOI Account
- Go to account.ioi.dk and log in to your IOI Account
- Select the Linked Accounts option to see a list of platforms that are compatible with your IOI Account (for example: PlayStation, Steam, Epic, Xbox).
- Select your platform and sign in with your platform account credentials.
- Repeat for any other platform accounts you want to connect.
Unlink (disconnect) a platform account from your IOI Account
- Go to account.ioi.dk and sign in.
- Open Linked Accounts.
- Find the platform you want to remove.
- Select Disconnect/Unlink and confirm.
IMPORTANT: Unlinking can affect how your progress or entitlements appear on that platform. If you’re unsure, pause and contact Player Support before confirming the unlink.
CONTACT SUPPORT IF YOU STILL NEED HELP
Contact Player Support if:
- • You’re not receiving password reset emails after checking spam/junk.
- • You can’t access your old email and recovery won’t complete.
- • Linking/unlinking fails or you get a specific error message.
